How I work: with your help, I start by identifying the aims of the project. This could, for example, involve optimising an existing project and expanding or modernising it. On the other hand, you might wish to design and realise a new project from the ground up. Once we have established the aims, the next job is to identify the requirements. In short: what do we need to achieve the aims we have identified? Based on the above, we draw up the specifications and get to work on the implementation.
