I was born in Basel, Switzerland, in 1968 and grew up in Zurich. I trained as a multi-skilled mechanic. Whenever I worked on technical drawings in the drawing office, I couldn't stop myself from revising them to improve the aesthetics of the end-products and enhance their simplicity. Of course, the changes I made would only be sketches on a copy of the drawings. My supervisor wasn't always very amused, though!

Following my studies, I worked as a new media project manager, then as an art director, head of design and product manager for a series of companies.
Amongst my passions, I would include my son, cooking – and the famous Swiss beverage, Rivella!
